岗位职责:
2.负责带领团队开展基金的设立、募集及投资管理工作，开发和维护基金募集及发行渠道；领导投资团队获得项目资源，做出投资判断并协助最终投资决策，定期分析投资
组合运作情况；对于基金的募、投、管、退的全程参与；
3.负责公司基金平台组织结构塔建与管理。建立投融资渠道与各资方关系，与银行、信托公司、基金公司、券商资管、融资租赁、担保、及其他第三方金融机构建立良好的
平台合作关系，签订合作协议书，确保项目业务合作的延续与有效落实；
4.组织实施项目投资全过程（渠道建设、项目搜寻、谈判、交易设计、实施投资、投后管理、退出）；
5.发现潜在基金合作伙伴、对基金管理团队进行尽职调查，组织并参与组建基金的相关谈判，拓展募资渠道，扩大客户群体，整理行业数据库，并对意向客户进行长期跟踪
服务；
6.及时发现基金运作存在的问题，根据公司制度与基金合同，提出调整建议。
• Manage complete fund raising operations
• Evaluate the firm’s financial needs and raise the appropriate level of capital
• Raising funding
• Lead and define the financial direction of the company.
• Oversee and lead private meetings with potential investors & shareholders
• Liaise & identify Angel investors, Broker Dealers, Private Equity, Investment Banks & V.C firms etc
• Conduct investor pitch and present to analysts, fund managers and potential investors
• Liaise with Private Equity, Venture Capital and external financial firms
• Prepare investor documentation collaborating with the CFO, securities counsel & corporate communications
• Enable the most effective two-way communication between the company and the financial community
• Ensure company's securities achieving fair valuation
• Developing short-term and long-term investment policies
• Create and manage investor offering materials, including valuation, comparable & industry analysis
任职资格:
2.金融、经济、证券、财务、市场营销等专业全日制硕士以上学历，具备良好的英语及中文听说读写能力，能胜任以中英双语作为工作语言；
3.5年以上股权投资基金公司工作经验，具备基金管理从业资格证，拥有基金投资领域丰富的人脉，有募资能力者优先；
4.熟悉国际、国内基金环境及行业相关政策法律法规，具有敏感的投资判断能力、市场开拓能力和极强的公关谈判能力，能带领团队高质量地完成项目运作。
• United States lawful permanent residence
• Master degree or above : preferred economy, finance, marketing
• Both Chinese and English are required
• 5 years’ experience inequity investment fund management, certificates required
• Knowledge of securities offerings including seed, angel, venture capital, private equity & mezzanine rounds
• Strong communication and negotiating skills with an ability to interact with high level individuals within financial institutions
