Operating Global Incubation & Achieving International Hanhai Group Chairman Mr. Wang Hanguang Left for the United States Canada for Site Visits

In order to further carry forward the Group's internationalization, explore, summarize and promote China's internationalization development experience in technology incubator, on May 10, Mr. Wang Hanguang, Group Chairman flew to the United States to launch a nearly two-month work inspection to the United States and Canada.
Since 2011, the international career of Hanhai has madea breakthrough. InFebruary 2012, the Group invested and establishedChina's first Hi-Tech Park in the Silicon Valley of theUnited States, creating the international mode of operation of "Government Guidance, Enterprise Investment and Market-oriented Operation". Not long ago, the Zibo Hanhai Silicon Valley Life Sciences Park jointly built by Hanhai Zhiy and Zibo High-tech Zone by uniting with five listed companies has been signed, creating a new model for powerful business combinations to establish an international incubator. Meanwhile, Hanhai Zhiye was also steadily advancing its cooperation with top international incubators. And theChairman's trip to theUnited StatesandCanadaaimed at exploring the international model of Chinese technology incubator, promoting the Company's international development as well as achieving global incubation and cross-border acceleration.
During the inspection, the Chairman will also attend the opening ceremony of Zibo Hanhai Silicon Valley Life Sciences Park, to witness another brilliant time in Hanhai's development process. Afterwards, the Chairman will fly toCanadato inspect the feasibility and reality to build a park there.
It is reported that this trip of the Chairman attracts wide attention from the Consulate in San Francisco of Chinese Embassy in theU.S., the high-tech business circles of theSilicon Valley, the political circles as well as all circles of life. So such a trip will be bound to further promote the Company's international business, promote global incubation and cross-border acceleration, and achieve the grand dream of Hanhai Zhiye to become a world-class and well-respected transnational corporation focusing on the construction of Technology Parks.
