Chinese Ambassador to Germany Mr. Shi Mingde Made an Inspection Visit to the Group

On October 25, Chinese Ambassador toGermanyMr. Shi Mingde made an inspection visit to the Group and received warm reception from Group President Mr. Zhao Zhenjiang on behalf of HanhaiGroup, and both sides made detailed negotiations in respect of the development mode ofZiboHanhaiMunichTechnologyPark, the international development of Hanhai and other aspects.
President Zhao Zhenjiang reported to Ambassador Shi Mingde the opportunities and challenges faced to Hanhai Group during its international development, and also detailed the construction statuses of such overseas parks asMunich Park,U.S.Silicon Valley Park,CanadaPark,Los AngelesPark, etc.
Ambassador Shi considered that technological innovation was the current global development hotspot and affirmed the international development strategy of Hanhai Group. In combination with the development status of Sino-German trade and the situations of Chinese-funded enterprises in German, Ambassador Shi introduced that in recent years Sino-German researches were in close cooperation, Chinese high-level personnel in Germany had become the backbone of Germany's major research institutions, as well as the development trend that the number of private enterprises investing in Germany and their quality were improved steadily, encouraging Hanhai to firstly pinpoint a location, identify a direction, search talents and maintain project-oriented to accomplish a great deal during its development in Germany. Currently, China lacks core technologies and key equipment, while German SMEs just have advanced technologies and equipment, so Hanhai should make full use of the strengths and needs of German and China in core technologies and key equipment, and then maintain project-oriented cooperation; secondly, to actively participate in the activities held by the Sino-German Chamber of Commerce to get more channels and network resources, as well as master the latest Sino-German trade and investment dynamic information; thirdly, to understand local laws and regulations, strengthen ties with the Consulate and local governments, as well as strive for maximum support from all levels of government; fourthly, to take Germany's real economy, high-end manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection as the main goals for cooperation, speed up project technology docking, help domestic enterprises to strengthen introduction and absorption of German enterprises' technologies in the form of cooperation, merger, acquisition or otherwise, and rapidly enhance technological levels and industry strengths of relevant domestic industries; as well as fifthly, to raise the professional level of the management team, select quality projects, accurately grasp domestic development demands, and improve teams' overall service capabilities.
President Zhao listened carefully to the comments and suggestions from Ambassador Shi Mingde, expressing that Hanhai will continue adhering to the operating philosophy of "To Communicate Morals through Business & To Promote Others while Achieve Own", taking the promotion of Sino-German talents, technology and culture exchanges as the mission, pushing forward the construction of Zibo Hanhai Munich Technology Park with full efforts, and striving to make a significant contribution to the Sino-German economic relations.
