On themorning of July 14 of German local time, Mr. Shi Mingde, Chinese Ambassador to Germany, received Zhuang Ming, Committee Member and Vice-Mayor of Zibo Municipal Committee, and Wang Hanguang, Chairman of Beijing Hanhai Zhiye Investment Management Group and its management team of Zibo Hanhai Munich Technology Park in GermanyMunichMarriott Hotel, and carried out cordial exchanges in respect of the future development of Zibo Hanhai Munich Technology Park and other issues, attended by Dr. Liu Xiufei, Director of the Management Committee of Zibo Hanhai Munich Technology Park as well as Lu Rongrong, Deputy Director of the Management Committee and General Manager of the Park Operations Management Company.
Mayor Zhuang firstly introduced to the Ambassador the industry development status and park establishment imagination ofZiboCity, saying thatZiboas an old industrial city has a relatively strong industrial base and economic strengths. This cooperation with Hanhai to set up Zibo Hanhai Munich Technology Park in Germany aimed to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between Zibo and Munich and even throughout Germany; going to the most developed country with the world's advanced manufacturing to build technology incubator, achieving the new and innovative business model of "Global Innovation Incubator & Domestic Accelerated Transformation" or " Foreign Incubator + Domestic Accelerator", drawing support from successful management and operating experience of Hanhai Zhiye International Incubator Park, as well as promoting the implementation of the strategy of "Going out and Bringing in" would play a positive promoting role in enhancing the advanced manufacturings of the entire Zibo City and in creating an international scientific and technological cooperation and exchange platform. During the time, Wang Hanguang, Chairman of Beijing Hanhai Zhiye Investment Management Group and Liu Xiufei, Director of the Management Committee of Zibo Hanhai Munich Technology Park also respectively gave related presentations to Beijing Hanhai Zhiye Group andZiboHanhaiMunichTechnologyPark.
Ambassador Shi gave a highly affirmation of the construction of Zibo Hanhai Munich Technology Park, saying that: considering that the Sino-German economic and technological exchanges are increasingly closer and Shandong Province and the State of Bavaria are friendly counterparts, it is a very correct choice to position the Technology Park in Germany, in particular, in Munich, the capital of the State of Bavaria, and Chinese Embassy in Germany will provide comprehensive support and help to the Technology Park. Ambassador Shi also madethe following three recommendations to the construction of the Technology Park: firstly, to comply with local laws and be a law-abiding enterprise; secondly, to determine the development focus and combine with the development goals of Shandong Province and Zibo City; thirdly, to propagandize the Park well through newspapers, network and other media, raise awareness and influence of the Park, and make it a bridge and link for Sino-Germany technological cooperation and exchanges.
Zibo Hanhai Munich Technology Park is located in Munich of the State of Bavaria and is the first high-tech park established there by China's state-level high-tech zone to unite with Beijing Hanhai Zhiye Investment Management Group and six other enterprise in the high-tech zone, which can provide innovative entrepreneurs with excellent physical space, preferential support policies and first-class advanced public technological service platform. The putting into use of the Technology Park will provide a best business channel for the majority of overseas students and innovative entrepreneurs, also offer an important way for domestic enterprises to go out, introducing foreign technologies, talents and high-tech projects, strengthening the combination between foreign innovative elements and Zibo industries and improving the overall industry level of domestic advanced manufacturing, and even play a positive role in promoting "mode transfer and structure adjustment".
