1.负责旧金山科技园区发展战略的制定并组织实施，发掘市场机会，领导创新与变革；

2.负责旧金山科技园区制度体系建立及发展规划的制定、实施；

3.负责旧金山科技园区综合运营管理，协同物业管理公司共同管理园区租赁情况；

4.负责针对国内市场的宣传推广以及客户管理，协调整个旧金山科技园区项目与国内外政府关系的对接维护；

5.负责旧金山科技园区海外孵化平台的搭建；

6.负责旧金山科技园区投资工作的开展；

7.明确业务重点，协助集团开拓、维护国内外业务链客户关系，深入挖掘客户需求，可独立担当项目节点性及战略节点性公关，对海外园区在海外市场的形象、信誉直接负责。

marketing, human resources, budget and forecast management, property management. 
• Provide the vision, leadership and strategy to inspire your associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success.  You have a strong business

management background and an obvious passion for the incubator and entrepreneurship. Your passion for service is contagious and you are a natural

coach that loves to build effective teams and inspires individuals to do their best..
• Develop and help implementbusiness strategy, Identifying Key Business Opportunities
• Identify best operational practices, define those practices, and drive rollout across the organization
• Help the property manager with the administration of leases
• Responsible for the marketing development and client relationship management, connecting all resources both in China and U.S
• Responsible for the establishment of the cross-border incubation platform

1.在美国有正式身份；

2.硕士及以上学历，具备良好的英语及中文听说读写能力，能胜任以中英双语作为工作语言；

3.5年以上海外大型企业管理岗位工作经验，熟悉中美双方对外投资相关政策规定，成功组织或参与过早期投资（孵化）项目者优先；

4.熟悉中国文化，了解美国市场，更能将二者有效融合；

5.有海外科技园区/服务行业工作经验者优先。

• United States lawful permanent residence

• Master degree or above, both Chinese and English are required

• 5 years’ experience in business administration, be familiar with the investment policy in China and U.S

• Experience with startup or entrepreneurship preferred 

• Experience with science park preferred

• Combine Chinese culture and U.S market rules
